Senior Environmental Scientist

Frank Kahoun, MS, has over 15 years of experience as an environmental professional with an emphasis on permit compliance and construction management. Frank is responsible for the management of Quest’s Broward County office, and delivering our services to South Florida clients. His expertise includes: documentation associated with PD&E studies (including Wetland Evaluation Reports, Endangered Species Biological Assessments, Contamination Screening Reports, and Essential Fish Habitat determinations), benthic surveys, environmental resource permitting, habitat assessments, wetland delineations, Frank Kahoun divingthreatened and endangered species surveys, mitigation construction oversight, mitigation site design, environmental compliance monitoring and reporting, tree and landscape grades and standards, inspection and surveys, and post disaster remediation consulting.

In his spare time, Frank is an instructor in the Florida Master Naturalist Program, an avid diver (PADI certified), and has pursued and obtained certifications in arboriculture and faunal exotic species removal.
